What to Eat? Get Better at Nutrition, Pt1

What Should I eat?

There is no doubt that what you put into your body effects your overall health, everyone knows the ‘you are what you eat’ saying, which definitely has a lot of truth to it.

But there is so much information about nutrition and diets out there that it can get very confusing!

So what are you going to do?

Low carb, high carb, Paleo, vegan, vegetarian, low fat, high fat, raw food, sugar
free, gluten free, Dukan, Atkins, Ornish, Alkaline, Macrobiotic?

The list is endless.

Each diet will have a list of bad foods, which will often contradict the list of other diets.

"Meat is evil" in one diet and the best thing to eat in another.

"Carbs are the devil" in one diet and will boost your metabolism in another.

"Carrots are cracking" for one diet and too high in sugar in another

"Dairy is a definite" in one diet and toxic in another.

"Grains are god" in one diet and terrible for you in another.

"Fat will make you thin" in one diet and fat will make you fat in another.

Don't get caught up in the confusion.

So rather than get caught up in all the confusion we are going to give you a few
guidelines about what to eat, when to eat and then concentrate on something we feel is far more important; how you eat.

How to Eat

We consider food to be important because our instincts tell us so, but on the level of our intellect or conscious life we do not attach much importance to it and yet it is the only thing capable of restoring health and energy.

Thanks to the food we eat we can continue to act, to speak, to feel and think.

After years of experimenting with different diets and exercise we found what we consider to be one of the most important keys to optimal health and vitality…

Learning how to eat properly.

Much of what we have learned about how to eat has come from spiritual masters and their perspective on food.

You do not need to believe anything to benefit from our recommendations here, just give them a try and we think you’ll be amazed at the results!
