The first is a Bodyweight Cardio Circuit to burn fat and give you strong heart and lungs.
The second is a gentle Joint Mobility circuit to help keep your joints healthy.
Choose an intensity level which suits your ability.
Execute the 3 exercises one after another with the stated work and rest timings and the number of circuits.
- 30 seconds workout followed by 1 minute rest (2-4 rounds)
- 1 minute workout followed by 1 minute rest (3-5 rounds)
- 1 minute workout followed by 30 seconds rest (4-8 rounds)
Using this Bodyweight Cardio Circuit you can burn fat and develop a stronger heart and lungs.

Sit with feet hip width apart and hands behind you. Lift your hip in the air as far as you can then lower it back to the ground.
The Spiderman Lunge
Start in the plank position. Bring the foot all the way next to your hand. Keep your hip parallel to the floor and your chest open by keep looking ahead.
